We have a new niece/cousin. Heather was kind enough to have little Kaylee while we were visiting in Nevada. (I can't believe I got to meet her before she was 18 months old!) Kayann made a chocolate cake to commemorate her birthday. (Recipe courtesy of King Arthur's whole grain cookbook.) Kaylee can't eat cake yet, so we ate it for her.
Kayann, Emma, Reilly, and I went to the hospital the day after she was born to love on the little miss.
Then we took the whole gang over to Adam and Heather's so she could meet the rest of the cousins who were in town. (So much love...almost too much was bestowed.)
