The kids are starting to get territorial about their personal space. In an attempt to screen the crowds vying for entry into thier bedrooms, they've begun to hang door signs. This is Aidan's offering:
Translation: Must know password if you are grumpy. If not grumpy then knock.
Do Not Disturb
Either sleeping, reading/homework, Luke comes to training*
Knock to find out if we're doing something or have other things to do.
Stay Out!
Try again later and if they are grumpy, do something else.
Knock and if no answer or people, leave.

Those signs are prety sweet! My kids have some too(my Aiden drew a monster that looks a lot like the one on your Aidan's:-)
ReplyDeleteIt is niceto have some me time while Dalin is at school but it's amazing how quicly 2 1/2 hours goes by. It did make me feel a little better that he missed me the most of all my kindergarteners
